Ankle      plantar flexion:Bend and stretch your ankles quickly. If your range of motion is limited, perform the movement with your toes instead. Repetitions: 10 sets of 20–30 seconds each.
Ankle       DorsiflexionUse a sheet or resistance band to flex your ankle while keeping your knee fully straight.Hold: 20–30 seconds Repetitions: 3–5 times every hour. 
Knee       Straightening Exercise (Supine Position)Lie on your back and straighten your knee as much as possible, “trying to press it firmly against the bed.”
Knee       Leg RaiseBend your knee while keeping your ankle on the bed. Slowly straighten the leg. Repetitions: 10 times.
Straight       Leg RaiseWith your knee straight, lift your leg about 10 cm (4 inches) off the bed. Repetitions: 10 times.
Seated Knee Extension ExerciseWhile seated with your entire thigh supported on the chair, extend your leg until it is fully straight. Do not lift your knee higher than your hip. Slowly bend the knee back. Repetitions: 10 times.
Standing Hip Abduction ExerciseStand while holding onto a support for balance. Slowly and in a controlled manner, move one leg away from the body and then return it to the center. Repeat the movement with the other leg. Repetitions: 10 times. 
Standing Hip and Knee Flexion Exercise (Advanced)Stand and bend your hip and knee to 90°, maintaining balance on the other leg. Hold for 10 seconds, then switch legs. Repetitions: 10 times
Standing Hip Extension ExerciseStand facing a sturdy structure with your feet evenly spaced. Extend one leg backward as far as possible, keeping it straight. Repeat with the other leg. Repetitions: 10 times.
Squat ExerciseEnfrente una estructura firme y colóquese con una anchura simétrica de pies.Realice una flexión de rodillas manteniendo el tronco estirado hasta donde pueda.10 repeticiones. 
Step-Ups ExerciseUsing a step or the first stair, step up with your stronger leg first. Then, step up with the operated leg if possible. Repetitions: 10 times.
Cardiovascular ActivityGradually increase your cardiovascular activity (walking, cycling, elliptical, rowing, etc.) each day, following your doctor’s instructions.
